Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bar Golf app ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Automatic Enrollment and Email Subscription

By registering for the App, you are automatically enrolled in our email subscription service. Your enrollment is based on the explicit consent given by agreeing to these Terms during the registration process, which complies with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time through the links provided in each email.

In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases as subscriptions. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the next payment is due, at which point the subscription will terminate.

Game Rules and Responsible Consumption

The App is designed for entertainment and does not encourage binge drinking or irresponsible alcohol consumption. Scoring in the game can be achieved through the consumption of non-alcoholic drinks and food items as well as alcoholic beverages.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You expressly agree that use of the App is at your sole risk. We are not liable for any actions you take while intoxicated, nor are we liable for any health issues that may arise from the use of our App. By using the App, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account.

General Provisions

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
